Onde aplicar o meu rico dinheirinho?

Amigos,
Com o intuito de ajudar as pessoas a viverem melhor e com menos estresse, (e olha que a falta ou a administração errada do dinheiro gera muito stress!), falaremos um pouco nesse post sobre administração financeira pessoal: em especial, investimentos de baixo valor. Se tivermos um valor “baixo” de R$ 50.000,00, o que faríamos com esse dinheiro? No mundo dos investimentos esse valor é considerado baixo e com certeza não dá pra parar de trabalhar, infelizmente.
Se aplicarmos na poupança…
A poupança rende 0,5%, mais a TR. Como sabemos que a TR deu zero nos últimos dois meses, vamos contar então apenas com os 0,5%. Se você aplicar os R$ 50.000,00 terá um rendimento de R$ 250,00/ mês. Para quem já conseguiu guardar 50 mil, R$ 250,00 não ajuda em muita coisa… ajuda só a pagar uma cervejinha mais gostosa.
Se aplicarmos no CDI…
Muitos falam no CDI, mas na prática, o contato com bancos nunca é tão fácil. Como funciona? Vamos supor que o CDI deu 0,90% de rendimento. Nossa, já é melhor do que a poupança! Então vamos ao banco e pedimos para aplicar nosso rico dinheirinho no CDI. Só que o banco não vai nos pagar os 0,90%… ele irá nos pagar, com muita sorte, 0,85% desse rendimento. Ou seja, seu rendimento será de 0,765%, o que dará um rendimento de R$ 383,00/ mês. Sobre esse valor ainda temos o IR! Ai meu Deus, desse jeito não vai sobrar nada! Mas é isso mesmo, do rendimento ainda terá o IR.
Se aplicarmos na bolsa via corretora ou home brocker…
Precisa-se de tempo, paciência e muito sangue frio. Você terá que dedicar parte do seu tempo a análises, acreditar nas boas indicações dos amigos e ter muita coragem. Na bolsa, diferente das aplicações acima, você arrisca o principal: se as ações caírem, você pode perder inclusive os R$ 50.000,00. E quanta gente não perdeu nessa crise?!
Se aplicarmos em fundos…
Nessa mesma situação estão os fundos dos bancos, que geralmente têm melhores rendimentos. Mas se você colocar o valor principal em risco e toda rentabilidade adquirida, você pagará IR e ainda tem a famosa taxa de administração. Os fundos seguem as bolsas e geralmente estão atrelados a empresas como Petrobras, Vale, as ações dos próprios bancos, etc. Os fundos são bons pra quem não tem muito tempo e para quem não precisará da grana a curto prazo. Além disso, você começa a ter um “relacionamento” com o banco. Desse relacionamento começam a nascer outros benefícios, como isenção de algumas tarifas, taxas mais convidativas… o que é bem importante, vide o quanto pagamos de taxas aos bancos.
Então às vezes é melhor realizar alguns sonhos como trocar de carro ou quitá-lo, pagar dívidas de cartão de crédito, negociar com a faculdade para quitar parcelas a vencer, investir em cursos de pós-graduação. Toda dívida que dá mais de 3% de desconto já passa a ser um grande negócio, se compararmos que os rendimentos estão bem baixinhos.
Temos que ter um dinheirinho guardado para as emergências da vida, mas particularmente, acho que a grande prioridade, quando ainda jovens (ou nem tanto assim!), é investir em cursos que futuramente podem nos render salários um pouco maiores. Poderíamos investir em conforto, como trocar o carro por um mais novo, com ar, direção e bi-combustível. Mas, em muitos casos é melhor investir em você mesmo: se sentir bem, viajar, ter uma vida social. Os frutos disso darão mais motivação, ânimo pra trabalhar e você ainda irá render muito melhor no trabalho, com mais disposição! Por um rendimento pequeno, prefira investir em você e tomar a sua cerveja com os amigos!

Larocca, valeu pelas informações! o único problema é que agora me sinto mais pobre que antes, pois não tenho nem o “valor baixo” de R$50mil, e para não passar vergonha no Banco vou colocar meu dinheirinho embaixo do colchão mesmo!Mas quando eu chegar lá vou pedir sua consultoria financeira. Abraço.

Rafael, eu cheguei a essa conclusão à alguns meses atraz, como os rendimentos são baixos e meu dinheiro também é baixo, o pouco que sobra no mês, eu envisto no lazer e bem estar da minha familia, são eles a minha inspiração e motivação para a dificil jornada, que nos vendedores tem mês a mês.
Valeu, a nossa realidade é essa mesma, nosso rico dinheirinho tem que ser bem envestido.

Parabéns pelas informações Rafael. Vale a pena lembrar que quem investe em ações (na bolsa ou home broker), só perde dinheiro quando realiza o prejuízo, ou seja, vende as ações na baixa. Muita gente perdeu dinheiro na crise porque se precipitou. Quem comprou na crise (na baixa) está rindo a toa. Mas enfim, o melhor investimento que conheço é o que o Michel citou, aquele que os médicos fazem comprando lios…300% no mínimo de retorno imediato. Abraço.
